Our Sessions

Elephant Fun Art Club – Sample Session Day

🕦 11:30 AM – Welcome & Warm-Up Activity (15 mins)

  • Greet each child with a smile 😄

  • Name tags, settle in, short chat about the day’s theme

  • Fun icebreaker like drawing doodles or colouring mandala sheets

🎨 11:45 AM – Main Art & Craft Activity (40 mins)

  • Introduce the theme of the day (e.g. Nature Art, My Favourite Animal, Under the Sea)

  • Step-by-step instructions with examples

  • Children create their artwork using paints, collage, or clay

  • Staff walk around and help

💧 12:25 PM – Water & Toilet Break (5 mins)

  • Quick break to drink water and move around

✨ 12:30 PM – Continue Art / Add Final Touches (15 mins)

  • Add glitter, stickers, names, or mount the work

  • Talk about what they made and encourage pride in their art

🖼️ 12:45 PM – Show & Tell or Group Activity (10 mins)

  • Each child can show their work or say one thing they loved

  • Optional: group mural, art game, or mini quiz

📦 12:55 PM – Tidy Up & Goodbye (5 mins)

  • Help pack up artwork in folders or bags

  • Say goodbye with a smile and maybe a sticker or stamp

🕐 1:00 PM – End of Session
